Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

Are you hiring for HRBP or HR Manager?
Recruiting coordinator in NYC - new salary starting in Jan will be 72k, current now is 64390). Getting promoted to campus program manager end of Jan.. Will be at 91k plus about 5k bonus. I think it seems fair for the area?
Hi, to the two earning 75 and 80k in tech as RC: I’m also a rc in tech but started off at 60k and they bumped me up 7% instead of 3% for merit increase because supposedly of the market research, to pay me at a more fair rate (so now about 64k). But I know the salary for the role in nyc in tech is at the rates you both have, esp also because I’ve been interviewing. So I’m still underpaid. Should I talk to my manager again ? Any advice on how to discuss? Been here for over a year now with current manager for 6months, with prior 6 months rc exp and prior 3 years of HR coordination.

People Operations Generalist - $115k - SF
(Additional context that I feel is important... ~75 US employees. High-growth, tech startup)
My experience has been great but it can vary from start up to start up, so I would avoid generalizing all start-ups like this.
I have worked at chaotic start ups that didn't have leaders in place. I've also have worked at a 10,000+ organization that didn't have the best processes in place either, and it's a lottttt harder to create change and introduce new processes at a company of that size.
Personally, I like having a lot of influence and impact and I find that I can have that at a start up. I work closely with our exec team and I am the one creating processes from scratch or improving processes as the company scales into new phases.
But at the end of the day, I think what makes or breaks any role is if leadership/exec teams see their people as their greatest asset and if they truly leverage HR to its fullest potential.
HR Generalist 68K, Boston. Thoughts? From what I researched it seems fair given my experience.

Orlando, FL. I am an HR Coordinator but I am really a HR Generalist, my company does not care much about titles. I manage 300 employees. I have 10+ years in HR, a masters in HR and working on my certification.
I started making 53k, got only a 5% increase. I am extremely underpaid. I did a research and I should be on the at least 75k, I am not sure what is holding me back from asking for a raise but I am not happy. My job is very far from my house and they do not do WFH. The benefits are not so great as well.
Thank you. Thats what I thought. I know the company is not big on titles but at this point for the amount of work and the level of work I am doing, I feel I am underpaid and doing manager/hrbp level duties. I appreciate the feedback
