I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? What is a snapshot? Only the most inaccurate, jaded, BS waste of time known to the human species
None of it really matters individually yet it all matters in concert. You're looking at it too formally and unfortunately the informal drives everything you mentioned which drives promotion. If you work hard, have a good attitude, and are good at what you do, people will want to work with you. This will get you scheduled more increasing your utilization and also enhancing your evaluations. The formal evaluations, however, matter much less than the informal chatter that occurs among leadership about you. If you're respected and liked, you will be fostered and protected by the leadership group. Team bonding will enhance this among your peers, which is vital in attaing 360 respect. With all of this, the firm will ask you to become more active in recruiting, training, etc. By now you should see the overtime concern is irrelevant because you will be working more than enough hours just to keep up with all this. Travel doesn't matter. Do all this locally or abroad it's about executing on the given task in the moment regardless of location.
I would say in the following order: need, snapshots, utilization, internal contributions, overtime, travel
By firm contributions that are revenue generating I meant potential revenue generating like proposals etc.
