What’s your YOE? And current level at KPMG?
You're losing on cash comp. So your equity better be good to compensate for it.
Sounds about right. Question is equity. If it’s really a senior role, your equity should be a percentage of the company. Reporting to CxO you can look at 0.25 - 0.75% of company depending on company maturity, stage, valuation, etc. If you are on management team or a CxO, look for about 1%. Find a good lawyer who has clients at similar companies. He/she will be helpful in knowing the ranges and how hard to push once you get into the contract negotiations.
Thank you!
