Gusto was a very simple software. The startup I last worked for outgrew it very quickly, changing after one year. There are some nice features such as onboarding and birthday messages. We didn't use it for payroll or recruiting but I think it integrated with greenhouse. We did have issues with the 401k integration working with payroll despite it supposedly being connected. I do recall pulling reports and information being easy. It just lacked customization and extra features that other HRIS offer.

Thank you!

Gusto is great. Very user friendly. We've been using it for about 2 years and I will keep using it until we outgrow and need something else, but highly recommend

Go for it! The small company I used to work for found it very helpful. It's very easy to use and navigate so I think it's a great software for beginners.

As the interview went well.

I have attended a managerial interview which was scheduled for 30 minutes. It also went well. I answered 90 to 95% of the questions.

How much time they will take to give the feedback as we have a long weekend now

Thanks

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Guess I’m not really looking for a solution here, just venting.
