Looking for analyst/1st year associate level roles. Worked as a consulting analyst and was a high performer but had role affected by COVID at around 9 months in (still on good terms with old managers, eligible for rehire etc). Thinking of applying to entry level roles but it seems there aren’t many- is this just because of the holidays? I’ve applied to a couple but haven’t seen much traction, and I have good experience 😔

I have just joined
Amazon Retail as sr Program Manager a month ago. I miss banking/technology now. I have heard that I can move teams. I know it’s too early so I don’t know how to approach this situation and potential HMs. Reaching out to this community to seek help if you have similar roles for which you (or your network) is hiring, would you be able to help? It’s better to be in a relevant role and be best than performing poor in current role. Please help.

My plan is taking classes to deepen my knowledge while joining and actively participating in communities to find collaborators.

Does this approach make sense or do you recommend other approaches? If it makes sense, do you have any recommendations for classes or communities?

Look forward to hearing your experiences and wisdom!

I feel like I’ve spent so much money on Amazon and TPT but it never ends up being what I want. It’s usually too easy. I would be grateful for any ideas, suggestions or actual workbooks names.
