Currently at 125 base plus 20-25 bonus. Working directly under VP with good visibility to CFO and CEO for a PE portco. Maybe in office 2x per week at most and 20-25 min drive with good hours

Offer for 140k base plus 15% bonus (~20k) and much better 401k match worth about $8k. Would report under a director and have similar responsibilities now, but in office 3-4x per week with 45 min commute 1 way.

Is this worth it at all?
