Looking for some info around comp range for advisory manager and senior manager in California/NYC. I know it also depends on yoe but appreciate some insights. Glassdoor says 130-150 for manager, 180-220 for senior manager, does that sound right? Also any bonuses info? Thanks!

I impulsively spent $400 on concert tickets before I left my last job. Now I’m entering my third month at a new job and I’m worried it’s too early to take off to go. Just over 6 years in B4 financial services tax in PNW area. Mostly doing compliance work pumping out K1s and returns. Just got an industry offer at 155k 15% bonus and 100k equity (4year vesting).
