Looking for ways to streamline Daily staffing/coverage Communication across multiple offices. I prefer to standardize something through Microsoft Teams since we already use that platform, but open to other free applications/tools.
The biggest struggle is each office being able to see “the bigger picture.” My staff (RNs and MAs) complains they are always covering for their home office and other offices and no one covers for them, but that’s not the case. Want them to see how other offices cover.

When all else fails, you might have to print out the schedule (the entire schedule for all the sites), physically post it in each office with some type of anotated legend noting the people who are covering for others. Nothing like a direct visual so everyone can see with their own eyes.

Have you tried using the Shifts app in Microsoft Teams?

smart

We use Slack and it works great! Multiple entities/locations can be on one channel for general announcements but also in different channels grouped by department, roles, topics etc.

like

I would perhaps have them choose their coverage and then have them send you an email with the person who is covering them. This way they are forced to get their own coverage and everyone becomes aware of who is covering and how many times. They will then begin to think about why coverage is really needed and who is doing so

My team uses the “shifts” app in teams and it’s great!

Suggestions?

I feel like I’ve looked everywhere (Steelcase, Herman Miller, humanscale, Haworth, xchair, etc).

Some UX Slack channels were doing well for a while but I definitely don’t see as much traction there. Meetups obviously came and went. Even the portfolio sites like Dribbble and Behance don’t seem that same.

Hi Team,

I have cleared all the interview rounds (WebEx & HR on call) for the position: VERIFIER, and also submitted documents (authentic as per my knowledge) for background verification on Aug. 25, 2022.

How much time usually ICICI bank takes to generate Offer Letter, after all the verification process??

In an attempt to be healthier, I built a permanent standing desk. Now, once every couple hours my Apple Watch reminds me “it’s time to stand up” and I feel superior to all those chair sitters out there.
