I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

4-6 YOE is going to exclude most Deloitte Ms. That's also on the lower end for KPMG/EY/PwC, so you're likely not going to get as much data as you would asking for 6-8 YOE.
No you’re pretty spot on… I made M in less than 5, so small caveat - people do make it in 4-6, especially MBAs or experienced hires who come in at SA. To your point though, it is a small sample size and there are plenty of older people who would be excluded. Regardless of YOE, the salary is the same, so the band is the band set for that practice based on tier, etc.
EY NYC Consulting (FSRM). 6 YOE. 195k base.
That’s impressive Ey2 without a grad
2nd yr manager. 6 years post undergrad. High COL. 175k base.
Almost no M’s at Deloitte with 6 or fewer YOE.
For context I’m a 4th year M with 9 YOE. ~$260k in 2024 ($210k base + $50k bonus).
I’m in a lower paying area of the business.
