MBB vs FANG for relatively same salary in strategy roles…what’s your decision?

I am a Senior Program manager and I am interested in doing a certification related to program management to advance my career and increase in compensation. I am thinking PgMP certification vs Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. Let me know what certifications you plan to take or already took in a program manager role, why you took that specific certification, any benefits you received after taking that exam and how difficult was the exam etc.,

Interviewed for 2 jobs I am highly interested in. One offered the job already, but the other one hasn’t made a decision yet but should this week. I have until tomorrow to accept the offer but would like to work for the other company if the compensation package is better. Any advice? I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. The position is remote & I’d like $20/hr. I’ve invested in myself as a coach & plan to complete board certification by early 2023
