Bain & Company Is it truly easier to get in a smaller MBB office?
Have heard a lot for different opinions on these. The logic is that it’s easier because there is a lot of supply in cities like NY, Chicago and SF, but the counter argument is that the offices with less supply are also way smaller and have a lot less demand.

Those arent guaranteed. Go with your gut. I've been underpaid client side and surrounded by "senior" people who are useless politicians who should be fired. If you like a slower pace with a bit less volatility, and can deal with beaurocrats, this is all for you. My goal is to get more senior at the agency side then move to a leadership role on the client side and slow down a bit. Maybe get a VP/SVP title. While out the rest of my making money days in a corner office before retiring into school teaching. Something of "actual" value.
