We’ve talked to many people but they’d like to make an offer to you!” I’m thinking to myself, it was a 30 minute call, I’ve never met my direct manager, potential partner(s), etc...So these guys are just desperate to fill this role, right?

Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately.
