Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

It’s possible they love your work and had already made up their minds you were a top choice candidate just as long as you seemed like a nice human being in your CCO chat.
Yikes. That does sound sketchy!

Sounds like you’re working by yourself lmao
Also depends on the agency: is it a huge step up for you? A big "sexy" name shop from which, if this account/job blows as much as you might fear, you could easily jump to something better?
Yes, you should ask to meet more people etc. But if this is truly a good move agency-wise, and it's in NY vs. CHI and is at least a lateral move career-wise (unless you're going from working on a great creative, Cannes-winning brand to Depends adult diapers), then you don't want to OVER-think it and lose out due to skepticism about their quality due to their perceived desperation to have you. Not to diminish your qualifications or the job offer but if they’re sugar-coating it by saying ‘challenging’ than the client is probably a nightmare. Odds are also that the turnover is high, and/or candidates are passing. At this point they could very well be looking for a body to fill the role, so if you take it, make sure you get paid well.
Run.

ACD2 meet your new partner, ACD. 😆
Are you on the art side?
Meet the team, especially whoever your partner is.
Send through a list of questions... this does sound a little weird
Dont do it, I’m still regretting taking a job at a place with 75 minutes worth of interviewing
