Mindtree vs Hexaware — Need Suggestions

Mindtree asked my expected salary on day 1, but after I cleared 2 rounds they suddenly said they can offer only a 30% hike. Now the offer is 29.5 LPA with 10% variable.

I already have Hexaware at 28 LPA with 5% variable, and the fixed for both is almost the same.

They took my expectation of 32 LPA fixed, but now they’re backing off — honestly feels like Mindtree bluffed me.

Anyone with experience in these, which one should I go for?

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
Plz help me out guys.

Hello guys, does everyone know the salary range for a digital marketeer in the Netherlands with 5 years of experience?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.
