Anyone holding on to hotel puts?
Need some advice here. I am a fullstack developer with 5 yoe in Angular and Python. My aim is to crack FAANG companies. Now I got an offer from HSBC in a credit risk model monitoring role using Python. It is close to a data engineer role.
My question is that will it be a good idea to shift from development role to a model monitoring role if I want to move to FAANG in the future?Or does FAANG not prefer people who are not in core development roles?Amazon Microsoft Google Adobe PwC EY Citi Barclays JPMorgan Chase

It’s been a week now.
We tried telling him there’s no monster and it doesn’t work.
We tried monster spray, guardian angel and still not working.
We tried agreeing with him and tell him monster is a nice guy and will bring him toy and still doesn’t work. 😭
Let them leave them out a few times. When they’re not gone, maybe you can tell them the Monster spray worked out something similar.
Good idea. Maybe tomorrow after monster brings him toys idea doesn’t work.
Have you brought the aunt back in to tell him she was kidding? Or, go full on into it - go buy a monster costume, dress up, and bring a toy bag, and visually show him that the monster is nice and brings toys - when he is good of course!
Hopefully just a short phase!
Another friendly monster book:

Have you decided that aunt is no longer allowed there? Hopefully he will get over it soon. Good luck.
Ummmm I’m not going to ban the aunt from visiting us. She’s been helping us with the kids. Even if she isn’t, we are all learning and mistakes are made. Guess we just move on.
As for my kid, getting a little better but still having the problem. Hopefully soon though.
The Toy monster always backfires. You either get your problem, or the kids don’t care and see it as them not having to clean up because the monster does it for them - who cares if the toys are gone!
No suggestions. Just empathy and well wishes!
