My 3yo son has COVID - he’s been sick for the last ten days. So we think he’s in the last leg of COVID. But his last test was positive (done on Friday) and we won’t send him to school tomorrow. My wife is also going back to work tomorrow after a few days off for COVID last week. So trying to figure out what the best case scenario is for tomorrow and maybe for Tuesday. Has anyone had similar experience where both of you had to work and the kid was sick? Can you please share any tips?

I am a senior accountant with a masters and CPA credential and 3 years experience. A colleague was just promoted to senior with no credentials and 10k higher salary. My boss said he can match salary in 3 months when we have our annual review cycle. I don’t think I should have to wait. Also I said I should absolutely be paid higher than peer given my credentials. What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.
