My ACD is going on vacation, and now all the tasks that are incomplete are being unloaded on me. The worst part is she's making it seem like that's the normal, right, obvious thing to do. Is this how your manager works? How can I bring this up in an environment where it seems like none of the other copywriters on the team seems to be bothered by it and wouldn't stand up for justice?

When you’ve accumulated 14 days of PTO, would you measure that as 2 weeks salary (1 paycheck) if you exit the company? Or are salaried employees paid only for week days thus 14 days PTO is nearly 3 weeks of salary worth? What’s your take?

Got braids. You'd think I literally got a face transplant from how shook my coworkers are. I would say over 10 people have stopped me to ask about them or comment on them and I've been at work for maybe 2 1/2 hours. It's all been positive, but am I wrong for still finding it annoying? They don't lose their minds when Sarah gets bangs or whatever so I wish they could keep that same energy.

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?
