My boss put in her resignation this week. She was a data analyst manager for an FQHC. It’s just me and her in our department. They offered me the job but I want to make sure I can propose something good. She makes 63k and I currently make 49k as a coordinator. What’s a good range for me and what can I propose to management? I will also be supervising medical records. My responsibility will be to make sure reporting gets done for UDS and PCMH, grants, running the QI committee meeting etc.

I report to the COO and currently make $94k + up to 10% annual bonus based on company hitting their revenue goal + I have 3000 stock options. I have 3 YOE in customer success but pivoted to a non technical program manager role at a series c tech startup last September.
