Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Wait, they're disolving your position because of your experience?? That's a lawsuit lol
You have a lawsuit
My guess is that your account can’t afford you anymore so they are moving you to one that can and a junior person will replace you on current team
Not being let go… moving to another team but still.
Sounds like they may be saying there’s no way up for you where you currently are. I’d ask them straight up.
Is there more opportunity where they’re moving you?

Honestly still have a case. Its discrimination.
It could be a budget issue. A lot of clients are cutting budgets and ACDs are expensive.
Cheaper labor. My bet is they keep senior talent around for the good work but they “can’t” afford keeping them. Long term wise it works better for a company to take a new hire at a discounted rate. Usually when hires do reach senior status they either already left or are pretty underpaid if the stay at the same company. I think most net new hires know that if a raise or significant pay title change doesn’t come after a year then it’s time to leave to go up the company ladder somewhere else.
