What's a guilty pleasure you indulge in at work?

I'm not sure what else I did other than being respectful and not giving flip at the same time but (4) mature ladies in my office flirt with me every chance they get. I’m a new associate working for a well-known defense attorney in my state. On one hand, I’m thankful for the opportunity to learn from one of the best, but he also excoriates and belittles me for my mistakes. Any advice on how much it tolerable? I am here to learn and advance my career but he can be pretty nasty. Have you ever been told off by an older attorney of color? We have one Black partner at our firm and in conversation with him this morning he told me I should work on sounding and looking "more professional" and not let my "tone" or "bad attitude" get in the way. I don't think I've ever had a bad attitude at work, and whatever "tone" I'm speaking in it's my normal one. As a Black woman I just feel super weird about it and kind of sad.

How long should I wait after hanging up with our CFO just now who called me to tell me I’m behind and slacking to update my resume?

If you have two people who are assigned the same work and given the same resources/tools, but one person is more efficient/skilled and get their work done in 4 hours a day, would you penalize the more efficient worker for not being glued to their computer and running errands or going to the gym instead? (Say that they ask the team if anyone needs help, they are responsive to emails/ims and get all their work done).

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send.
