My fiancé and I are closing on a house on Friday. We each have our own halves of the closing costs. Do we need to transfer the money to one single account prior to a wire? Or can we have two wires?

Highly Technical Market Sell-Off - Though, it has picked up over lunch and I suspect that short term turn is in near. Old floortrader told me once, never trust a market that is making new session highs or lows during lunch. That's not normal. So, we will see how we look when we trade 9855.75 on NQ.

While mentioning %, please let us know if you are married/unmarried, pay rent or not.

Just want to know if 70% is enough for a single man who does not pay rent. Or am I saving less money?

I have $20k in savings, I owe $6,000 to my 401k loan, that’s the only loan I got. I am debt free otherwise except for my house. Should I use my savings to pay off? Since people are talking about unemployment and being fired, I wanted to make sure I have enough, 👩🏾‍💻... What should I do? I initially took the loan to add to my home equity when I sell my house for a new house then covid hit.
