My girlfriend has a case interview with McKinsey scheduled for mid November. She doesn’t know if she wants to do it and threw an application out of the blue and they asked to interview.

Is there a way she can back out of the interview without getting blacklisted?

So… 3.5 year relationship came crashing in Jan due to covid depression, work burn out, lockdown etc. We have stayed in contact and recently he has come around to apologizing and considering getting back together. Hey all, I’ve recently joined EY consulting from another Big 4 and have noticed there’s no discipline (at least in my team) around codes and charging time. People either charge a standard 7 hrs or some will charge time spent on internal activities to their client code.

I was told that “the last person to charge their actual hours worked was promptly booted off the project”.
