Congrats and good luck! You should do some research on the call center you'll be interviewing for. Ask them what kind of tech they will let you use, what's a typical day like in their workplace, and whatever they answer just tell em that it sounds exciting.

Ask if they have anything in place to support you with difficult callers. Are you allowed to end a call with someone being verbally abusive? What protections do you have? It's important to know if this company considers you fodder or takes some steps to keep you around.
It will also help if you have an example of how you resolved a customer issue effectively and efficiently. This is a skill necessary and can help you stand out. Good luck!
