Starting a new job at Applied Materials on Monday as a Manufacturing Engineer III. I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses . So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors). Does anybody has tips or advices on what I should expect as a new hire and how I can set myself up for success? Thanks!

It’s not about joining tcs again buddy. It’s a small world. Let’s say his / her manager joins the same company as his or after some time they both end up at the same work place ( not talking about tcs here). It will get ugly at that stage. Speaking from another colleagues experience, it will be ugly. People don’t easily forget such things. Best thing is to send a mail thanking everyone. That shows maturity.
Send a farewell mail at org level using sarcastic comments for your manager
Just ignore and move on..
Life is too short to hate someone.
Move on my friend.
It will become your past soon
Open your own company, Hire him as a manager and give him 100% hike every year😉
I believe don't send any mails not even last mails to anyone and just don't speak to anyone after u resign and just go out. They will definitely understand ur feeling.
Revoke your resignation, join another team.. show your talent get success.. make good relationship with his supervisor.. let your success news reach to his supervisor from other sources.. and you indirectly convey that you were suppressed in previous project.. and you can do even more better with given chance...
Above is not possible.. Join other company.. don't do anything stupid that your experience letter gets any dot on it.
Choose wisely
Only if you have supporting evidence, convey your reason and issues to HR during Exit Interview.
Just move on friend.. this is small world and you never who will come across your path in future. It's better to let your hate go and ignorance is bliss in such cases.
Bhai bahar nikal k dusre number se bhar bhar k gaali de de. usko samaj main to nahi aayega ki tu he hai as usne pehle b bahot logo ki li hogi. Sochta rahega ki kaun hai jisne mine gaali di hai aur tuje b satisfaction mil jayega bhadaas nikal k
Just Move On.

All the best for you new adventures.
Well if you have made up your mind to not join TCS again in future then send that email otherwise don't as you never know when you come back again to TCS.
@oracle1 ohh i forgot about this .. in that case slap your manager, pee on your desk and also send that email.

Utilise exit interview to vent out your concerns/frustrations to the HR.
There is no point in picking a fight with the manager, he/she doesn't deserve that much of your time and energy. Look forward to the opportunity with the new company and move on.
Its a small world bro..what if you cross paths again ...just forgive him..show your maturity

Story with me : They haven't given me ITA promotion for 1 year after that I tried to force them to give me promotion, then they given me C band and released me from the project and with rude behaviour.
Should I marcy them?
Will you get anything after giving tight slap to him. You have already done what is required by putting down paper. Now move on and think about future rather then cry about past.

Each and every action of yours including mail content defines ur brand..so don't mess it up.....how u move on from here will define you....learn to ignore and gracefully move on from such situations and idiots....
Just ignore and move on buddy.
Just ignore...belive that time heals everything....
You have already shown what you can do...with new offer...life n IT world is very small... Better to ignore...
