I feel you should avoid.
It depends on how much the guy involves his sister's in his life specially when it comes to decision making etc
Bhai, behen se puchle usko sahi lgra kya. Seh paegi ki ni wagerh. Manage hopaega ki ni.
Agar wo khudse itna ni bta pari to you should stop considering any alliance and let her grow up first.
Btw people who are saying you should avoid and all.
Bhai decision is not his. It's his sister's. He can give his opinion but I am sure she must have thought things through. She is a big girl now( some might say a Woman)
I am not a feminist but I believe that every human after a certain age should make their own decision and live with the consequences.
Unless by simple you mean she is dumb as a donkey I think you can express your worries and ask her to think about the decision.
