My spouse is seeking employment after a layoff. She had a great choice of plans at her old gig decent company copay on the premiums. 2 kids under 10 and they are T1D so things can get pricey. What companies offer great healthcare offerings?

I feel like we have amazing insurance. We have a PPO ($500/$1200 deductibles and $3k/$6k max OOP), and also have a HD plan ($1,700/$3,400 deductibles and $3k/$6k max OOP).

UKG pays 100% of the premium, even for family, on both plans, and contributes to an HSA if you pick the HD plan. Prescription coverage is excellent (at least in the PPO, I have no experience with the HD).

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!

Hey everyone. I am not an ADHD consultant, but mom to a 6 year old who is very likely ADHD (we will be starting the diagnosis process soon). I wanted to hear from anyone who was also diagnosed as a young kid on any advice you have for me? Knowing what you do now, would you recommend meds for a 6 year old (if it comes to that)? What other solutions/therapies can I use with my kid? Please, any advice is welcome!

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. I’m scared shitless that I’ll spiral out of control both at work and at home if something doesn’t change soon. Any suggestions on how to keep this job and keep it together?

529 Plan VERSUS Prepaid

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." After obviously ignoring this for years, we are finally trying to do it before "it's too late" for both children.

Does anyone have recommendations on which plan to go with for each child? I once did the pros and cons on a whiteboard and it seemed like 529 was better.
