My wife is ~13 weeks pregnant (!) but I've also been considering making a career move. 1) When in the interview process do I bring up parental leave? 2) What's generally the min you have to work somewhere before being eligible for paid leave? (I've seen a big range!) Any advice is welcome.

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
