Is your current flat owned without any liabilities?
If yes, then don’t buy the another one at the same location. Also, if you already have invested this much money, don’t be an idiot and start selling everything to go and take a loan. Your current investments should be untouched and it will return a lot better amount than the property you have.
If you really want to buy it, take a loan of 30 years with some downpayment keeping investments untouched and then balance out the EMI.
Strongly agree. Keep your previously invested Mutual funds ( you must have got it for less NAV) & shares at less price.. Don’t touch it.. Is your current flat debt free?
Currently markets are down, you will sell in less returns. Think about that too.
Yes agreed but that property will remain unsold for 1 month max as the owner didn't share with anyone. He wanted to ask first with me because it is just next to my flat. If I say No he will publish everywhere.
Yes I am completely debt free.
In that case, don’t take out everything.. just put some amount and take rest as 30 years loan and continue with that..
