I’ve been asked by a client to coach their team on how to structure and write scripts for their corporate event content (e.g. panel discussions). I’ve happily had a crack at helping them but it’s a bit out of my wheelhouse - is this ask something that would ordinarily be given to an agency copywriter? Or would it usually be something a content or speech writer would do?
Either way, I’m happy to add the additional skill to my CV 😅

OR circulating nurse here. Will preface this by saying I have the utmost respect for CSFAs in the OR setting. However, wondering if any other OR RN’s have had issues with CSFAs feeling and acting like they are in charge of the room or attempt to carry out tasks that you as an RN are supposed to do? What should I reasonably expect from a junior?

I manage a junior developer that's been with the company for about 18 months. I end up providing them of TON of support. I need to give them extremely detailed instructions or they fail. For bugs, I need to point them to a specific function that's causing the bug. For new features, I'm basically writing their method signatures and defining their test cases.

I've tried asking them to do more on their own, but when I do, they fail spectacularly.
