Nontraditional nursing what do you do?

Changes in the healthplans are going to drive me to spend hundreds in out of pocket early on and I'll meet my deductible whether high or low. Any advice on how to choose a policy?

As an employee of TCS, can we avail any comprehensive/full lab tests/ health checkup tests in Hyderabad.?
While I'm checking on Medibuddy, there's an "amount to pay" displayed on each of the tests.

Is it beneficial to have health insurance from both spouses, vs choosing the better one and opting out of the second? Why/why not? This seems like a silly question, but it’s our first time with both of us being staff in a decade. We have a kid, if that affects your answer.

Saw my therapist this past Friday and he gave me a useful trick to build better behavior patterns. Whenever you have work to do but would rather nap or something, tell yourself 3 negative effects of the nap and 3 positive effects of doing the work. You might still take the nap, but if you can get in the habit of thinking of it negatively, you'll take less naps when you need to be doing other things.

Doesn't matter what the activities are. Could be working out vs eating more, could be socializing IRL vs wasting time in FB (lol)

Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Most importantly, struggling to tolerate how directors speak to me, whereas previously I wouldn’t take it personally and get on with it. I have recently received an offer letter from PwC and have signed and accepted the offer (via Workday portal).
Now when I check the tasks against the job on workday, I can see no tasks pending and under completed tasks: a green tick against 'review and sign offer letter (step complete)' (and I can see the offer)
I am told that I would receive onboarding emails from HR, but I haven't yet.
