What is the average increase in nanny’s pay when going from one child to two ? Did you wait until your maternity leave end to start the same ? My plan was to increase $1 per hour after the baby is born , and add another $1 when i get back to work note : toddler will be going to preschool part time as well for 3 days. Is this reasonable ?

Has anyone experienced chronic headaches after having a baby? I have been suffering with chronic headache for 2.5 years now and Im on medication but it doesn’t seem to be working very well anymore. He doesn’t want to go saying it’s because he doesn’t want the kids at home alone. They will have family and / or nanny and the venue is a 5 min drive from our house. Should he have to come to support me? I went to his Christina’s party at 8.5 months pregnant last year and go to all his sport events / awards / dinners

Have you ever experienced a SM/M give negative feedback at because of something beyond your control, like you didn’t have bandwidth to support them 100% but supported hours as much as you could yet they held it against you.
