Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?
KLA Corporation
Thank you

You should get atleast 300K with your experience
That's SM pay. You know anyone being hired straight to that level without any consulting background? I haven't personally seen many, if any hires like that.
Offer seems fine to me, is Senior to Manager range at my B4 (so like 5+ YOE). Boutiques are normally lower. Ppl saying your offer is too low I think maybe aren't considering your experience isn't in consulting. And obviously the offer is an increase over your current salary, otherwise you wouldn't be considering it....
Congrats btw!
Too low
Congrats. Since you’re not in consulting now and that’s a principal consultant level, that’s a pretty good offer and broadly in line with what I see. The caveat is that if you are in a major geo, I think you could try to negotiate 10-20k higher and wind up with 5-10k more. But I don’t agree that it’s too low. It’s in the range.
I would negotiate a healthy signing bonus because chances are performance comp isn’t going to be all that high for next year.
Good luck!
