Hybrid. 2 days in office, 2-3 days WFH. full time WFH isn’t good since you are stuck insider at home all day and don’t socialize with anyone
Some of us like that. Hard to work sometimes with all the chit chat happening around one’s desk
For veterans like me who are introverted, wfh is ideal. All of those who report to me are adequately trained and don’t require hand-holding.
However, I am lucky. I’ve seen peers who struggle training/mentoring others in the virtual environment.
I prefer mostly WFH. Maybe an occasional trip to the office, maybe once a month or a couple times a quarter at most.
Most knowledge workers in an office setting don't need to be in the office multiple days per week.
Yes tech I should be in the office two days a week the awk part is I don’t rly get to socialize w coworkers as well 🥹they talked abt fam and kids which I don’t have
Sad!
full time WFH and i honestly think anyone who says different are either lying to themselves or enjoy talking to people at work who don’t want to socialize with them lol
that back half of my comment was sarcasm lol i very much understand other people see it differently and not all view it the same as me
I prefer WFH because it’s more peaceful. My coworker gets on my nerves with all those bad habits. She sings and that humming when she listening to music. She also thinks out loud I hate it. When I can’t take it I tell her to shut it. I have mentioned it to my supervisor but she brought me some headphones that you can block out noise. I don’t like wearing them all day because they pressed against the center of my head giving me a headache. I can’t move because it’s no where to go but leave the company.
Lying? In what way?
