I have weeks when I’m at 85+ and weeks where I’m at 25. About 33%/67% split.
I’m a Senior Manager — so lots of upfront time invested in whipping the rugrats into shape. And then I hang by my pool sipping pina coladas the rest of the project.

I’d like to add that the real variable is “intensity of hours”, not length. My current case is the type where I may only hit 65 hours, but it’s a tough 65 hours.
