Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

I know it's a tough situation to be in, but liking your team and manager won't pay the bills. Would the increase make that much of a different in your quality of life? how long can you go on without your spouse finding a job?
I am in the same situation as you, OP, I feel you. I’ve been struggling with my decision myself but have decided to try the new job. I love my team, but an opportunity presented itself for a new experience and more money. Apart from that, a change will help me grow in the long run vs having my resume go stale.
Here's a reality check. As much as you love the company and the team you're with, they're not gonna pay your bills for you. An extra $10k could definitely help ease some financial stress especially with your spouse's situation.
If you want to stay, consider talking to your most senior manager. Let them know you are considering an offer because of the pay increase and the opportunity to work on another account. Let them know you’d rather stay and ask whether there is anything they can do to make that possible. They might be able and willing to offer more money and the chance to move to another account. Just be ready to take the other offer if they say no! This has worked for me in the past and as a manager, I would want a valued SAE on my team to come to me and try my best to accommodate.
Now you have a baseline to compare against, I'd start getting some other offers in hand.
It's difficult to make a decision because it's about beyond money. It's about finding something new in your experience and growing in your profession if you switch to that agency.
