Cisco interviewed me for 3 months for a couple of roles and then offered me comp that is considerably less than my current comp for a product manager role!! They also said its cisco policy to not offer rsu for mcol cities. Rsu is apparently only meant for candidates in hcol cities.
Need to punch a bag every day for several days to get over this bs.
Netcracker Technology Corp. I recently gave interview for the Netcracker Technol.During the initial calls they confirmed my current salary and expected salary. Then they proceeded with the technical rounds and finally HR round was also cleared. They asked me to wait for the offer letter as they required approval from business. After a week when I got no updates on the offer letter i texted them asking about the same. They replied me on the text that the business did not gave approval for the offer. TBC in comment section..

Stockholm syndrome?
Jokes aside, people are really wanting to avoid accepting that what Stan said was that the campaign was too Black and it would alienate white supremacists. Stan and everyone supporting him are intentionally leaving out the second part of that statement. If you remove the part where he’s actually defending a hate group’s feelings then it sounds like Stan is only making a very distasteful marketing recommendation. But the truth is he really meant to defend white supremacists above the importance of showcasing much needed Black representation.
White fragility is real and most people who have defended him cannot accept the fact that systemic racism exists. A lot of people find it easy to defend Stan under the justification that they’re standing for his 600 employees.
And, yes. Everyone feels bad and sad for them. There are plenty of people who work hard and don’t deserve to lose their job. But that has nothing to do with the fact that Stan did say racist remarks out loud and then is now pretending it to be a matter of not being able to trust your employees.
Not condemning Stan equates to saying that racism is right under certain circumstances. Not condemning Stan means being ok with a status quo where White privilege is alive and well.
Sorry, but being deeply moved and sorry for the people who may lose their jobs doesn’t mean that a racist White man gets a pass.
