Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Strategy& fish - i’m currently recruiting for org strategy. Ive talked to associates (in the healthcare practice) and theyve mentioned that it doesnt matter whether youre in corp strategy, org strategy, etc and that you’re pretty much pooled by industry when it comes to staffing.
Can someone confirm this? Also, what do you expect the restructuring to look like?

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

What is your job title? I’m curious
How's the day to day in tech transformation? What do you guys do?

Long/niche job titles aren't a good thing unless they are marketable within your niche industry. Like I've had jobs where my official title was Global Marketing Strategist — and technically that's a good description of what I was doing, but on a resume I just say I was a "Marketing Associate." 2nd title has a much stronger chance of being searched in a resume database or in LinkedIn's recruiter search tools, and I can describe the position at a more nuanced level in the bullet points beneath the title. Everything you put on your resume should be geared towards maximizing the impact it has on ATS and SEO.

As long as it's not "Consulting Consultant", you are good!
Put short one as title and long one in description op the role? Best of two worlds imo
If it doesn’t fit in the header, put it in the description!
