My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Agree with D1. Getting 3x back on CSR is almost surely better than airline miles or hotel points from a card as the points have more uses (transfer partners or use at $0.015 per point for any travel). However, if the co-branded card has elite miles/points that can help you achieve a status you may not otherwise get and that is your strategy, might make sense to use the airline/hotel card or a combination approach. Similarly, if you have a specific redemption in mind, it may make sense to spend on he branded cards rather than CSR.
CSR is great. Love the returns but don’t automatically transfer to partner sites. There have been times when my miles went further on the CSR travel site versus partner. However, if I’m
flying first I always transfer to a partner.
Tactic 2 if your travel can be accomplished on the Southwest card. A-List Preferred and Companion Pass earned in less than 4 months, will have both through CY19. Hello destination travel with the SO!

Miles are worth more thru Chase Ultimate Rewards than transferring to airline account! Plus if you buy a tkt thru chase you still get EQM/EQD/EQS on your FF accounts
