PwC - I have migrated to the US firm on L1A visa. Does anyone know what is the timeline to get my green card process started ? I was told that I need to spend 12 months min at the firm. Is that a general case in other Big4 too ?

- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
