No raise, no bonus. Have to be pre Jan for bonus.
I don't think so. I wouldn't expect a bonus either. Especially because you're less than 2 months in to the CRT.
I was hired in march a few years ago, didn't get anything. I think ppl hired two months earlier got bonuses.
They might knock you from a A3a to an A3b but I wouldn't count on it. Also your jump is probably too high, don't expect more than 3% between levels at the same cohort.
Understandable about bonuses, assumed that would be true. Just wasn't sure about pay adjustment if current cohort levels changed (e.g. A3 going from $82k, what I was brought in at, up to $85k for people after CRT)
