I have hit he max of 176 hour many times... never received an email from my RP, Coach or HR saying I need to take time off. This place will crush your soul if you allow it. Lesson learned, take your time off.. the work can wait
176
No one will force you to take vacation. You just lose it. I think the cap is around 180 hrs?
Keep it maxed out if you plan to leave. It will be paid out to you at your current hourly income.
You stop earning at 176, it's on you to take your vacation. If you allow it to sit at 176 then you're leaving money on the table. As a manager if any seniors or associates do that on my team I immediately question their judgment
Not a problem I am familiar with. Thank God
So I accrue 14 hours a month in PTO. My PTO maxes out at 208 hours. So I take 14 hours of vacation each month. I’m not losing any PTO and I’m maintaining the max as I also look for a new job. I want that big payout.
If you on a case, book vacation while staffed so you don’t lose it. Then book your billable code after you roll off so you get credit during your actual vacation 😎
