Question regarding HSBC core leave policy. Status is showing as "Leave cancelled due to weekend change." Has anybody faced this problem? Trying to reach out to manager but not getting response. Already availed leave for 11 working days but not getting recorded as core leave which is mandatory as per compliance.

Our current maternity and paternity leave policy is not good for attracting talent. 12 weeks for mom only 4 weeks paid and no time off for dads. Curious to know what policy other companies have, and can you let me know size and approx rev of company?

Hi, I am a tier 2 b-school graduate (major:ops, minor: IT), lost my campus offer and currently working in a c2h role and it was not an MBA opening. My previous work experience is in ITIL process management and service reporting. Can anyone suggest skills I should try acquiring to get to a decent role.
