Dear all,
My friend is trying to get into her 1st full-time job. Previously she worked as a UI UX designer for multiple clients (freelance). But she couldn't manage to get an interview call. She is an excellent UI UX designer and an illustrator. If anyone has any options, kindly comment below, I will share her resume. She is a btech graduate with 2 year experience in ui ux designing/illustration field.
With kind regards Infosys Cognizant Tata Consultancy EY

Sometimes the ATS requires individual requisitions per geographic location the job can be done in. Sometimes it’s a strategic decision so job scraping sites (indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) will pick up and distribute job openings to more folks in specific geographies. Tons of reasons, some good, some not.
The company is likely having difficulty filling the position and/or are not retaining candidates that were hired.
If they are having trouble filling, they will slightly change the job description to catch more eyes
It's probably because they haven't found someone to fill it in.. Or maybe they already hired someone but chose to leave early. That's at least the reason for us why we keep posting the position again after several weeks or months.
Could be a few reasons. If it's a big enough firm, they might have multiple openings for the same role. Or, they may not be getting a lot of bites so they're tweaking and A/B testing. Or, it could be a sign of high turnover.
It is also to keep their budgets open to the position.
This also happens when they’re filling the same role across multiple departments. Like a HRBP for Tech and a HRBP for Corporate would be two separate listings since its two different teams and may be assigned to separate recruiters.

We keep some jobs open bc we continue to hire multiple people for the same role or very similar roles but repost it each time so it shows up on top of job boards like linkedin and promote to people again.
Or we made an offer to someone and it didnt work out.
If I'm staffing a government contract, I may need several people for the same work, but perhaps with slightly different complementary skills.
To keep the job open. Usually we have strong candidates. But there could be some disagreements when it comes to salary and other benefits.
Most likely not finding the right candidate due to the content of the JD, pay being offered or not having a good pool of candidates due to a lower ad budget which leads to less exposure of the job posting to candidates. Sometimes you find the right person, present an offer but the candidate decides otherwise.
We are continuously hiring for the role that we post since it is an entry level position that not many people want. We have a very high turnover. We noticed that because we post the same job over again, it would not show up. We had to change the wording so that it will look like a new job posting. Otherwise the position will never show up at the top of the results.
I wish I knew. It drives me nuts.
