Just signed the outside employment form in KPMG onboarding system. I actually wanted to start dabbling in creative writing as a potentially monetizable hobby, but I'm guessing this may pose issues.
Definitely interested in the "exception from this policy may be requested if provision of non-professional services doesn't interfere with one's duties of causes conflict of interest" clause, though. Has anyone been able to get one of those before?

I'm male. From most to least important: Kindness and Intelligence tied, then Looks. IDGAF about her Wealth
For the responses on here, I think people are only ranking looks so low because they are assuming a minimum level of attractiveness. If we're being honest, a person that is a 10 in kindness and intelligence but a 1 in looks likely isn't dateable.
Here's why I ask, most men ( at least those that I surveyed) share that respect and loyalty are the two most sought after traits in women . Studies strongly suggest that women and men are more likely to cheat when they are in relationships with high income disparities. Therefore, wouldn't a guy want a woman with equal wealth, if he values loyalty?
I also think this is far from an exhaustive list. Some key things I look for are confidence, ambition, a generally positive outlook on life, critical thinking, ability to forgive and selflessness. Having someone call you out on your bullshit is also great
^convincing rebuttal Moelis 1, Ken hires well.
^ agreed, but looks is a close third. Basically a three way tie, then wealth at the bottom. Male here as well
^agreed. kindness is great, but what about genuineness/honesty/capacity to love? I would say those are all way more important than just being kind. but if thats included in kindness, I would go: kindness/intelligence/looks/wealth
Kindness, intelligence, wealth, looks - I'm female 👸🏽
Now kiss!!
Kindness, intelligence, wealth, looks
Ooh we have the same list gs2!!
Ok, all valid and thoughtful responses. But, for the gents on this thread, I have to ask why a woman's wealth is ranked lowest?
Because those studies are probably cutting across the entire income spectrum while here you're asking the 0.1%ers
^My stagecoach friend, looks was ranked higher in this thread. I understand men are visual creatures, so looks is valued. It's biological; I get it. But looks fade, and respect and loyalty can be enduring. Wealth can outlast a woman's physical appearance. Are you suggesting my friend, that if a woman's looks fades, she can be traded in for a newer model? Hence why wealth ranks lower?
Kindness, fitness, intelligence, 38 other things I can't think of at the top of my head, wealth
^ Male or female?
I'm female
Yep we do :)
@VP1 wealth ranks lowest because my wife works from home and we have/make plenty of money. I understand that looks fade, but I think most people have a minimum standard for their partner's looks when they first start dating.
^you can't deduce wealth, kindness, or generosity, intelligence via looks. You can surmise but you can't deduce. It's called the halo effect; actor observer bias; trait ascription bias . The list goes on.
But I agree, the holy purpose of coupling is to propagate and seed the fields of existence . 😂
