1)gratitude/meditation
2) proper sleep, nutrition, & consistent exercise (weightlifting 3x/week, hot yoga 2/week, & walking my dog)
3) connecting with my family and actually taking time to be present with them

I love this book. After reading it, I deleted my social apps from the home screen and put them away in a folder so that it takes couple swipes to get there. Cut down the non-productive time significantly and spend the time on reading books instead. Break bad habits by making it difficult
Good habits: set time to study Korean every day for 10 mins before i can get to watch tv
Diet. I always have several cloves of raw garlic, fresh ginger, and lots of romaine, spinach and lemon juice every day in various smoothie recipes along with good fats like olive oil, ghee and coconut oil. Keeps me lean and clean.
