Set consistent sleep and wake times, adapt your workout for the hotel gym, and look up food options in advance and plan your meals (might be a bit hard if you’ll eat with colleagues).
One benefit I’ve found for business travel is a lot of home distractions aren’t there, so I can focus more on work and lately I usually sleep better too.
