Silly first year staff

Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Tale the pay bump, getting 30% by staying at Deloitte will take you years

BAH is great cultural wise, take the money and thrive in opulence

Are you running to something, or away from something? If former, resign and go. If latter, stay put and fix it.
I was in the exact same scenario. At D, I had an offer from Accenture (34% raise), I struggled to take the Accenture role because of my network and my team but eventually took it.
I’m now at AWS and my comp is up 126% compared to when I was at Deloitte in 2018.
I'd take the money, build a network at booze and if it doesn't work out, boomerang back leveraging your network you built at deloitte if you want. You wouldn't have interviewed and gotten and offer if you weren't already interested in something else.
Your amazing network will be put to test once you leave. If you want to come back and that network helps, you know it’s amazing as you say it is. If it doesn’t, well then you know it isn’t all that amazing as you thought it to be.
Ask Deloitte to match but be prepared to goto Booz if Deloitte doesn’t match
Take the money boomerang back in 6 mo
I disagree b1. It says a lot when a company fights for an ex employee back. It means this person is highly skilled and useful.
Salary shouldn't be your only concern. I love Booz and was about to jump ship it a firm that offered me literally 50% more than what I'm making now. I don't plan to jump mainly because I'd have to work harder to get where I am at Booz Allen, and that means mentorship, networking, etc. Trust me, focus on yourself careerwise, rather than just salary. It'll work out in the long term.
If you think Booz Allen will provide you that, then move. If not, stay. There are more factors rather than just salary.
If you want to talk, reach out and I'll give you my experience.
How long did you hold to boomerang back? Also did you get a title up coming back?
Booz Allen is a career dead end. Stay at Deloitte.
Kinda agree/disagree. It's all about how you network yourself.
