Recently completed EY Tech mba and currently i am underpaid in GDS and even after promotion, they would not match my current market price and i am holding offer of approx150% hike from another good company but my clients in EY are too good and i'm getting position offered in Onshore EMEIA Country on permanent role. Which one to go for? And i wanted to leaveGDS at any how as i have high level of conflicts with leaderships. Previously too, i had bad exprienxe with GDS but was just waiting4TechMbA

Does anyone else struggle with being a freelancer while also being a natural leader? I always feel in freelance roles that they would prefer I just shut up (even though my ideas have been praised and implemented plenty), esp within my own dept. In a full-time role, taking charge is expected, but I'm feeling like I should just sit back and take orders vs trying to be proactive or having thoughts in a freelance role.
