I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google
Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. Have you heard anything back yet? I am an executive coach who works with clients at your level on job search and prep. Although it felt encouraging to you when you received that feedback saying you were crushing it, now that you have not heard back it is even more disappointing. I don't like when this happens to my clients. Are you working with the coach to ensure you are prepped appropriately for your interviews? I'm happy to give you a free hour of my time to take a look at what you're doing and how you are answering questions. If you are interested, please DM me. My clients get hired because they are prepared.
For a CEO position, searches can take a few months (sometimes longer). It’s totally fair to ask the recruiter for an update, but for a seat like this you’ve gotta be patient.
3 emails to internal HR with no replies, I’ve stopped following up.
Decisions and offers at that level can time. Require BoD approval etc. So while it’s possible, going silent is less understandable. Wish you luck!
How did this turn out OP?
Yes, update please!
