Then I got an offer from a company I had been in talks with for a role I’ve been wanting. I need to give a notice to my manager and not sure how to do it. Any advice for how to start the conversation when I’m just 2.5 months in at this meeting company?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.
