Hello fishes How long does Nike take to get back to a candidate list an interview? It has been two weeks since my interview and in yet to receive a feedback on the same. I have sent a mail but no response yet. I was of the impression that Nike keeps the candidate informed whatever be the outcome. Can anyone help me out here with the information? Or what it can mean? No, never. I was given fantastic advice early on in my career that I apply to this day. I’ve spent time working at a recruiting agency and now work in-house.
Think of each interaction as a billable interaction. IF that candidate were to pay for your service, will that candidate be satisfied with the level of value I provided during each interaction?
Also, let’s flip the script. How do I want to be treated as a candidate? I’m well aware that each candidate will have their own unique motivators and communication preferences. But these 2 pieces help keep me grounded and ensure ALL candidates I work with are provided a strong experience.
Would love to hear answers for this 🙏

Never …not once in 20 years. I have been told quite regularly by surprised candidates that it is extremely common. I think it is beyond rude and unprofessional. I always treat candidates they way I’d treat a family member.
I try not to. This is always unprofessional to me, so I try to always follow up even if its a no.
they do alll the time! Or well, I'd argue that bad recruiters will ghost, good recruiters will be honest and keep you in their network
No. I know how it feels so I always try my best to at least send an email o those who did not make it. That's the least I could do for them.
